On “POC”, the abbreviation
It means “person of color”; it also works as the plural, “people of color”.
Whenever I see “POCs”, my mind doesn’t go to “persons of color” (which I would abbreviate “PsOC” or some shit); instead, I think “person of colors” and imagine rainbow-colored people.
